Pictures in comments

Some comments and replies appear to have pictures in them.
I see that trying to paste a screen shot from the clipboard with V or right click paste doesn't work.
How is it done?
I think having the picture in the text makes it more readable than having to open an attached .jpg file

Use a graphics program to tidy up the image and save the picture as a file.
In your post, click on the "Choose a file" button.
Then click where in the post you want the image to appear and press the "Insert" word.
