I have a problem with Arpeggios

I'm trying to write a song with piano arpeggios and I wanted to be the last note to be on tempo but the note that is playing on tempo is the fisrt one. Is there any way to change that or any modification to download that you can recommend me?
It's making a big difference when listening to the song because it gives the feeling that the tempo starts on the last note, but it actually doesn't, what makes the song look like it has unexpectable time.
I'm using Musescore 4.

Here is an example comprised of 8 bars of a "song" followed by the same "song" with arpeggios:

If that example shows the arpeggios you mean (rather than arpeggios actually "written out" horizontally), what do you mean by "it has unexpectable time"?
