Pedal hooks: Can't set defaults for each end independently

I'm recreating an old score which has pedal marks with the start hook up and end hook down as shown.

The expected method to execute this in Musescore 4.x would be to set the end hook height to -1.2 rather than the default 1.2 and then set this as the default for this score. Unfortunately it sets it for both start and end hooks despite the start hook being an independent setting with an independent default option. It appears that using either hook's "set as default" sets it for both equally.

Thus the only way to have the alternating hook heights is to do it manually for every single pedal mark.
I also note that there is no way to set angle or T hooks as default.

You can copy/paste an existing pedal mark to a bunch of notes:

(You may need to manually adjust the length if spanning unequal blocks of time.)
