Converting notes to tab
When I convert my notes into tab it shows the notes in a different position than I would like, Is there a way to chose a fret when I convert notes to tab

Check out https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/idiomatic-notation-guitar. Read all three sections on tablature.
I think you will need to manually move the notes to your preferred stings and frets. Click on your choice string and use the number keys to enter the fret you want. I hope this helps
