This issue may have to do with an expired authentication token: see Dkirtley's note posted May 5, 2024, in the thread titled "Your score could not be published" (https://musescore.org/en/node/363635)

but im stuck i cant save it by exiting it and i cant upload it so what ever i do it wont save my score

Save the file locally on your computer.
It's a good idea to ALWAYS save locally on your computer and only publish once the score has been completed and saved locally.

And back it up to an external drive, as well.
