Playback with no instruments/playback of deleted instruments

For context, I am using the latest version of MuseScore to date and have show invisible objects turned on. I made this to experiment and tried adding and removing instruments. I deleted some parts, namely, the trumpet, yet whenever I press play I can hear it. I could hear it when I listened to different parts by clicking and making them play solo, and I decided as a test to delete everything yet the melody is still there.

Idk. When I redownloaded the file it stopped being that way, but when it was in my files up to when I uploaded it here, until I closed the old file (replacing it with one that I downloaded from my post to test if others will hear it) it got fixed
