it appears that it's literally impossible for me to sign up for a musescore.com subscription.
i have tried signing up for a subscription while it's on sale i have no idea how many times now in the last week or so. i have a credit and debit card with the credit union i currently use, both and my account in general are in good standing and they have money available. i've tried the debit card i have from the credit union i used to use. every time it says "your card has been declined. it seems your credit card info is not correct. please double check your credit card number and security code or try another card". i've tried paypal and it declines that. today i went to the store and got a $50 vanilla gift debit card and tried using that, i've verified that it's active, the thing i'm trying to sign up for is the annually billed $40 thing that's on sale right now. "your card does not support this type of purchase. blah blah blah". all of the information i've entered every time i try this with whatever card i use is correct, i double and triple and quadruple check that every digit is correct and it always is. all of the cards i've used work with literally every other thing i have ever bought with them except for this one stupid website.
every time this happens i get an email saying "We attempted to charge your Visa ending in [last 4 of card] for your MuseScore subscription again, but were unsuccessful. Please update your billing information to continue your subscription.". i click on the update billing info button and it takes me to the subscription tab of the settings in musescore.com and there's nowhere to update the billing info, all i see is options for signing up for free trials that take me back to square 1.
i've tried emailing their support email about this and they never got back to me. i've tried turning my VPN on and off, i've tried signing up on my computer, my phone, my ipad, in browser and in the app. nothing works.
for the love of god someone please tell me what to do i feel like i'm going insane.

Good luck. I subscribed for the year and every time i go to download a score all these pop ups come up requesting I make a purchase and I’m already logged in! Sorry I’m no help but I’m not sure about this app
