No Playback Sound - Muse Sounds Clarinet in Eb
I'm fairly new to MuseScore. I have a score that has a Clarinet in Eb part, and when I select the Clarinet in Eb sound from Muse Sounds I don't hear any sound. All other instruments in the score play back. Switching the part to the Muse Sounds Clarinet in Bb sound plays back properly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Muse Woodwinds library and closing and reopening the score file, but no luck. Does anyone have suggestions for how I can fix the playback?

Unfortunately, I get no sound from your attached score either, so it looks like it isn't some weird setting with my particular file.

This is the score that I was trying to get the Eb Clarinet to play back, without success.

Interesting. It plays on my system. No idea.
You might go to C: ProgramData>MuseHub>Downloads>Instruments>Muse Woodwinds>Clarinet in Eb. There should be two files in there for a total of 354MB.

In the Clarinet in Eb folder I have a small .spx file and a SFZ folder which contains one 250MB .sts file. Uninstalling and reinstalling produces the same result. I'm guessing for whatever reason Muse Hub isn't installing the whole package.

On my system, that file sts. file is 352MB. Maybe it isn't all there.
Un install and reinstall doesn't always work because not everything gets deleted. I would consider manually deleting the Eb clarinet folder and then reinstalling the Muse wood winds.

I couldn't find an option to only reinstall the Eb clarinet sounds without uninstalling the whole Muse Woodwinds library. I manually deleted the Eb clarinet folder, deleted the deleted folder from the recycle bin, uninstalled Muse Woodwinds, restarted the computer, and installed Muse Woodwinds. Still 250MB and no Eb clarinet sound. Are you using version 0.5.22?

Looks like the issue is fixed in version 0.5.23. Thank you, devs!
