Fermata hold time

The fermata playback mark hold time in MS4 appear to be way too short (400% max.). In MS3, the stretch range is more generous and practical and allows compensation for slowed down passages where a hold mark would be placed at the end. I would suggest a range from 0% up to 1000% (minimum).

And surely it would make sense to have all fermati on simultaneous notes of the same duration automatically take the value assigned to any one fermata. Likewise with breath-commas.
