Muse sounds not downloading

I just got a new laptop that I've been trying to transition all my scores too. I mainly write percussion so I've been trying to re-download muse percussion. I wait for a long time for it to download and once its finished, it always says there was an unknown error. I've tried downloading it 3 times now and its done the same thing every time:/ oddly enough there seems to be no information online about this. Btw I tried it on my previous computer too and it's having the same problem.
