Minimum requirements: Linux distros released in 2020 or later, with fuse2 installed to run the AppImage (see https://musescore.org/en/download). Gallium 3.x is a disguised Ubuntu 18.04.
You could or course try to upgrade the glibc version (and probably solve even more dependencies), if you are an expert Linux user and have lots of time. (it takes a bit more than just downloading a library from github). if you aren't an expert, you will probably break the system.
isn't there another OS you could use on your Chrome device?

It runs 3.6.2 fine, but I couldn't find a 3.7 release that works.
