Two first ideas:

In this case, set your audio device to 44.1 kHz instead of 48 (or higher).
2.https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/22764
In this case, switch back to stereo mode (instead of surround mode).
NB: Possibly also something related to Bluetooth, speakers or headphones. In that case, switch back to wired connection.
