How to ask for support or file bug reports.

following the link from the Forum frontpage, then "How to ask for support or file bug reports" for users of MS4, takes me to pages and pages of irrelevant search reports. If MS wants bugs reported you need to make it easy for people, not ask us to search for the right method. I have had the same issue with a complete crash when I unplug headphones from my laptop while running MS3 and now 4, for two years and I have reported it twice. Still no change.

Thanks, This is a new thread and it does describe the problem which is about how the help page functions, or rather doesn't, it takes users nowhere. We shouldn't have to start a thread to find out how to report a problem and it shouldn't be a multi step process where users have to go to a different location. Make it easy and you will get lots more bug reports. Make it difficult and people just give up.

If so, check (supposing you are running Windows?) if it's solved for you with a nightly: scroll down and download the lastest nightly master: http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore-nightlies/windows/4x/nightly/
