Search for a file known_audio_plugins.json
(in windows, this should be under C:\Users\ [your user] \AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4 )
In this file, you should find an entry about your plugin, with possibly an error code or so.
If not: vst3 ( 64bit) plugins in Windows must be installed under
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
(see https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/115000177084-VST-plug… )
Picture2 is suggesting an error while installing the plugin.

just copy the entire Harmonus_v1.vst3 folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
On MS start, it should be available.

I cant find C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 How do I use the link you gave me?
In reply to I cant find C:\Program Files… by codingridwan6
The link is just for information about the location of 64 bit VST3 on Windows.
So you should have C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 on you system, and Organteq2 should be in it.
(Unless you did not use the Organteq2 installer, copied the vst3 file somewhere else and specified that location in Preferences - folders - VST3. )
You can of course create the VST3 folder yourself.
