Quarter tone key signatures aren't changing the pitches?

I was messing around with quarter tones and decided to make a custom key signature to make it easier, but it seems the playback doesn't support it? either that or I've done something wrong.
The second image, (with_signature.png) should sound exactly the same as seen in the first image, (without_signature.png) but it doesn't seem like that's the case, any way to fix this? or is this a feature that doesn't exist yet? or am I missing something?
