Where is qt.conf in 4.4? (Adobe fonts problem).

The first thing I have always had to do when Musescore updates is to delete the qt.conf file so that it accesses Adobe fonts, but qt.conf no longer exists in the bin directory for 4.4 or elsewhere. Where do I find this or the function to turn off the freetype fontengine (assuming it's still in use)?

The only way I have found to get Adobe fonts working with Musescore is to install them locally, which means finding them in the Adobe livetype folder, copying them all, adding extensions, then installing in Windows.
