New version is not opening. White Screen issue

this new version opened without any problem on another computer. but here, on Windows 10, I try to open this new version and I only get this white screen. I tried everything.
I could use an older version, but the file I want to work with was saved before on a different computer with this new version, so when I try to open it here on windows 10 with an older version, musescore doesn't accept it.
can someone help me?
