remove lines

It wold be helpful to see the score (the MSCZ file) to see where the lines are coming from.

As you can see it's to show repeat or distance.

That's not an mscz file
It stems from a MuseScore 3.6.2 MusicXML export
And the original can get downloaded from

It's got nothing to do with the images from the opening post

However: it does have superfluous/overly long melismas (lyrics extenders), just re-enter them to cover only the next note rather than going to the end of the score
The original (see above) doesn't have that issue

Double click the syllable, press underscore twice
