Removing the whole rest in an 'empty' measure?
I'd like to remove the whole rests from measures without notes so that there is empty measure but can't seem to find the answer to this.
Advice or suggestions?

You can't. You can't remove silence (rests) other than by replacing it with noise (notes)
Only thing you could do is making the rests invisible
For printing you can make the rests invisible
