Bar numbering format misaligned AFTER update to 4.4.0

After updating to MS 4.4.0, the bar chart numbering aligned seems to be disrupted if I put a text at the start of the bar.

  • See PDF file = Bar numbering at start remains right above the bar line.

  • See Screen shot and MS file AFTER 4.4.0 = the bar numbering now suddenly is above the text at the start of the bar.

How do I fix this bug?
