software wont let me update one of my current arrangements to the website

When i click "Publish to Musescore," it acts as if it'll load it up, then once the progress bar is done, it'll cut it off and say that it's unable to be uploaded. is anyone else having this issue? it's giving me a 401 authorization error code for more context
