MS 4.4.2 & 4.4.1:  Vertical frame resizes unexpectedly and erratically

Steps to replicate

    • Open 4.4.2 or 4.4.1
    • Choose New Score
    • Press Done
    • Click and drag anywhere in the vertical frame that houses the Title text

Unexpected behavior: MuseScore resizes the vertical frame.
At first, resizing seems manageable, but then it runs out of control, easily resulting in the frame extending off the bottom of the page. And when that happen Undo fails to resolve the issue.

Resizing is most erratic with horizontal dragging.
