Add more playback cursor/transport functionality

In MS4 there is currently little functionality for the cursor and transport for that matter. The cursor only follows playback and disappears after stopping. The cursor should ideally remain visible after stopping, otherwise you have to look at the transport to know where you are stopped every single pause. It would make navigating with the arrow keys way easier as well.

In Pro Tools (maybe sibelius too) there is a feature called "insertion follows playback" that you toggle to switch between the cursor stopping where playback stops, or the cursor resets to initial starting point. In sibelius you can "replay" from last starting point but I think a toggle is much better. There is also a scrub playback function where you can move the playback cursor note by note.

The addition of any of these features will make quick edit + playback workflow much better.
