Different time signatures in different piano clefs

When adding different time signatures in different clefs (by holding down ctrl and dropping in a time signature), in the 2/4 section every second bar has half of it cut out. How do I fix this?

Edit: It looks like deleting every empty bar after what I've done and then saving has fixed the problem. When adding another 200 bars now, all 2/4 bars are full.
