Not knowing anything about Indian notation, I would nonetheless be astonished if there were a close enough equality of meaning for that to be possible. That is, I would not expect a symbol in Western notation to have an equivalent symbol in Indian notation ... and this being true for enough symbols that it can't be automatically converted.
As I said though, I don't know anything about Indian notation, so I could be wrong. *shrug*
