VOXOS not working

Hello,

I recently purchased the VOXOS library in MuseHub but it doesn't seem to work with any syllable at all during playback (even though the library is selected in all of the tracks in the mixer and the musescore version I am currently using is 4.4.2). If anyone found a solution I would be very grateful to hear about it :)
