During playback, the score shifts downward whenever it hits a repeat

I'm trying to record parts videos for my choir. I'm using Continuous view, with smooth panning selected in the advanced Preferences (because letting the cursor move, instead of the score, cuts off half of the measure whenever the score jumps forward... but that's a whole other problem).

Every time its gets to a repeat, the score jumps back, as it should... and down. I have to babysit it to shift it back up. Annoying for me - and for the end users of the videos.
