Musescore not opening when clicked

Recently, I had just tried to open Musescore by clicking on the icon in the taskbar, but it would not show up after the blue screen showed up. This is the first time I'm seeing this issue, and I am a little annoyed by it.

I shutting off my laptop, restarting it, trying to enter it by going through a saved score in my files, and also going to Musescore through MuseHub, but none of it worked. I am also a college composition student, and I just needed to put the finishing touches on a score, and I am a little worried this issue will progress.
