Musescore 4 is not opening
I have had Musescore 4 on my Windows 11 pc for about a year now, and when I tried launching it yesterday I found that it would not open. I have noticed a discrepancy in the updates between my "Musescore 4" app and my "Musescore Studio 4" app. The Studio is updated to 4.4.2, whereas the normal app is still on 4.2.0. Perhaps that has something to do with it. Regardless, neither apps are opening, and after trying advice from the online forum I still have been unable to access the app. I am hesitant to uninstall the app, as I do not want to lose my scores. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall 4.2.0. Or both, then reinstall 4.4.2
Uninstalling never removes scores, it even keeps the settings on reinstall
If after the uninstall/reinstall you still have issues, revert to factory settings (that finally gets rid of all the settings mentioned abobe, but again does not touch your scores). You may need to do this via the command line, check the handbook for details
