Musescore.com professional status
I seem to have lost track of my status as regards Musescore.com. I thought I was a fully paid up member but I get all these messages and adverts inviting me to become a PRO - which I didn't used to get. I'm able to lodge scores on the website and play them and share them. I believed that my membership was as high as possible, and that I'd made a payment?? I can't honestly remember.... What benefits does PRO offer?

I realise. But response from musescore.com is so sluggish - maybe we need a forum on musescore.org that raises topics about musescore.com. I think many users on musescore.org could share solutions to musescore.com issues...

You don't have or no longer have a PRO account, otherwise the "PRO" label would appear on your account page (e.g. as mine: https://musescore.com/user/44845) which is not the case for you.: https://musescore.com/user/1600516

I upgraded to PRO carelessly assuming that it would offer something worthwhile, but find that the main benefit for me (access to many scores) is only PRO+. SO I tried to upgrade to PRO+ and my payment was denied. I tried to contact musescore.com support but they have not got back to me (like they never have done for ages in the past) and I know musescore.com is separate from musecore.org but they are a disgrace to your own (musescore.org) reputation for openness, assistance and communication. A DISGRACE.

NO reason at all. I had, as I say, just upgraded to PRO with the same credit card, stored against my account!
