Key Commands

For some reason, custom key commands and factory key commands are not working. I’m pressing “T” to tie a note repeatedly, but it’s not tying the note. I have to manually click the button to tie notes, which is very frustrating. I’m using the latest update, version 4.4.3.

The Musescore website won’t let me upload a video showing the issue, but hopefully, someone can help. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my MacBook, but it’s still not working.
