Musescore Does Not Save VSTs and Crashes

Whenever i try to make orchestral pieces, i have to use VSTs from Labs and BBC Symphony Orchestra as Musescore has low quality sounding instruments for orchestral arrangements when using more than 3 instruments with different timbre

When i use VSTs they either dont play any sound after reopening the score and after i close it, and sometimes when i open some VSTs Musescore crashes and i lose all of my progress regardless of auto save, meaning i have to meticulously copy the whole thing again from memory.

When there is a 0.00000000001% chance of me being able to open VSTs successfully with the sounds working, when i upload my score to the Musescore Website, the audio sampling and quality drops significantly and becomes more choppy, laggy and glitchy.

Even at times it freezes my computer and i have to restart it, and i know its not my PC since its a very high end PC, including the fact that when i click play it just crashes.....

These consistent problems make it impossible for a transcriber and orchestrator such as myself to even do what i enjoy and motivates me to change to other competitors such as sibelius.
