refund, and printing

I've subscribed, for use on my iPhone, specifically to transpose and print, but there is no way to find any printing instruction, button, or information. Therefore, I have cancelled my subscription immediately. To my surprise, not only there was no refund, but upon reading responses from Jojo-Schmitz, there is no possibility of refund and printing is virtually impossible. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TRUST nor RECOMMEND this app or org, and WILL DECRY as much as possible, UNLESS someone comes with solutions.
