Cannot Update to MuseScore 4.4.3 due to missing MSI file.

Hello all,
I am currently on MuseScore 4.4.1 and need to update it to use the publishing feature for a class. However, I am running into an issue where I am missing the MSI file for version 4.4.1 so it will not update. I have tried downloading MuseScore 4.4.3 directly from MuseHub, but it still has the same issue. Are there any fixes for this?
