Corrupted File on 4.4.3

Yesterday I was working on an arrangement on Musescore 4.4.3 that I need for school by Monday and it was going well, but when I opened it today, the file said it was corrupted. I tried different ways of trouble-shooting online but it would simply not open. When I did manage to get it open through running it through my files, there was simply a black screen as if there was no music. when it did Can someone help me please? This is the first time this has happened. The score is attached.

The file has 46kB zeros and therefore has no content. Delete it.
Look in the hidden folder .mscbackup, perhaps you can find an older version of the score.
