Showing multiple time signatures
I need to typeset this music that requires multiple time signatures - I can't work out how to do input more than one?

Read the Handbook then get back here if it doesn't help (maybe bits need correction or something needs added):

I read it, but I still can't see any way of inputting more than one time signature in one bar, as required in the score I posted?

MuseScore's inability to deal with multiple time signature, of this sort, is one of its greatest deficiencies, IMO. Here are a couple of workarounds:
1) The easiest is to go into time-signature properties, and change the "appearance" to (in your case) 63/42.
2) If you want something more elegant, click on the first note/rest after the first time signature, and "assemble" the second one using symbols drawn from Shift+F9>>Symbols>>Time signatures. You will have to add leading space before the note/rest, to provide room for the symbols. Drag or use offsets to adjust them into place. Also, this will have to be done individually for each part and instance. Layout is tricky, so best enter it after most of the other layout is done. Also, make sure the symbols match the music font you are using (i.e. Leland), otherwise it might look weird--although in v.4 I think this is done automatically.
Don't forget that the nominal and actual durations of any measure can be different--this is one of MuseScore's greatest assets, IMO.
