It is a grace note. You can find it in the grace note pallet.

Pull-off slurs are sometimes notated as grace notes, sometimes as "normal" notes. Steve's right: include a picture and best to start your own thread rather than hijacking another unless your issue is exactly the same as the other ... and if it's exactly the same as the other issue, you've already got your answer.
