Why does music play in the rest when Its inscribed as a rest?
Hello, I would like to know why my score is playing music on a rest even though it has a rest in it? It just looks and sounds so dumb seeing how it plays during a rest even though its a rest lol. Maybe it's something on my end but we'll have to investigate. Thank you!

You ask us to inspect a 10 pages long score, 100 measures, 17 instruments, without telling where exactly to look?

It's only one page, 4 instruments and 18 measures :-). Everything else blank, rests!
And it's quiet in all the rests - at least in 3.7.

It is 10 pages, 100 measures, 17 instruments in MuseScore 4.4.4. Unless you use 'hide empts staves' and multimeasure rests.
If you do it indeed is just one page, sorry, I missed that...
But still no rest producing a sound

However, in Alto Sax 2, measure 9 and 15, there are ties (!) spanning 3 (!) notes.

These should rather be slurs
