MuseScore Hub is not opening.

I'm trying to go into the MuseHub app on my Mac to download some Muse Sounds, but the screen attached keeps popping up. I also have lost access to certain sounds in MuseScore4, making some of the instruments revert back to their MuseScore3 sounds. What should I do?
