MS 4.4.4 — Possible to hide Instrument names in the main score while retaining those names in the Instruments panel?
MuseScore 4.4.4 lists all Instruments by name in the Instruments panel and it shows those names to the left the first system. Same goes for abbreviated names.
I'd like to hide the full instrument names and abbreviate names in the main score.
I tried selecting the name in the main score and pressing v ... but as far as I can see, that doesn't do anything. Deleting the name in the main score works, but that's counter productive to my goal, as doing so deletes the name in the Instruments panel!
Granted I could open the Part where the name doesn't display to the left of the first system. But the I'd have to format the Part to make it match the mains, but that would simply amount to extra work—unless there's a command to imbue a particular Part with the main score's line breaks and page breaks formatting,
The terse Handbook entry sheds no light. I don't find the term "name" on the page, only "renaming."
Lastly, I don't see a Style setting that might govern main score visibility
I must be overlooking something obvious.

Thanks @cadiz1
That's what I needed!
I recommend that the Handbook include references to pertinent Style controls. Had it done so, I'd have quickly found it.
Even better ... a link to the Score style from within the Instrument panel. (I've recommended this previously with regard to other panels, and got a positive response from development.)
Always appreciate your help!
