Musescore playing bad notes
I've had this a lot in this score, where Musescore just plays bad notes. I;ve tried deleting and then re-entering the notes, but this doesn't help. I've also tried changing instruments, but again - no difference. I'm attaching the score here. See bar 645, top line, as an example.
What's quite weird is you don't always get the same bad notes....
Any thoughts would be VERY welcome.

I don't hear any "bad notes" in measure 645, in "Main Characters" staff (lyric: "pavement had one of her toes in a pinch"). I listened only from about m.640-650, so can't comment about "bad notes" elsewhere.

That's weird.
I wanted to attach a video or audio of how it plays on my laptop, but mp3's or mp4's are not supported.
Interestingly, when I copy a selection to a new file, the bad notes disappear. Maybe there's corruption in the larger file. Is there any way of knowing?

If you want to attach a file with a filetype that's not allowed, zip the file and attach it that way. .ZIP files are allowed.

If they are small enough... MP4s tend to be too large

OK thanks for the workaround.
So, here is a (very compressed) video of what's happening here... The b naturals in bar 645 do not all sound like b naturals :-)

I hear it in your video: the six B naturals are playing different notes from one another. At least one of them is playing approximately B half-flat and at least one more is playing B half-sharp. I don't think that any of them get a full half-tone away from B natural?
However, on my computer they all play normally. Curious: look at your Mixer: what soundfont are you using? Mine is using the "MS Basic". See what happens if you change the soundfont?

OK. So here's the thing. I'm using a paid-for violin, Taylor Davies.
When I switch to either the free muse sounds violin or the ms basic one, I don't get the glitch.
