where are they?
my MS3 are gone. There is just one song in the files. How can I retrieve them?

When you say that your scores "are gone", exactly what do you mean? Did you look at the folder or folders where you saved them? Did you look simply at the Home screen under Scores? Or what?
I will guess that you mean that you do not see the scores on MuseScore Studio's Home screen under Scores after having made some change: perhaps upgrading the version or reverting to factory settings to fix some problem. If that's the case, know that MuseScore Studio literally cannot delete scores; it simply has no code that can delete scores. The score files are wherever you saved them. Try searching your hard drive (or your external drives) with your operating system's "file explorer" program. (It's called something different on a Mac or a Linux box.)
