401 Error When trying to Upload to my MuseScore account. (which appears active??!)

Keep getting it.

I have DOUBTS that my Pro Subscription is CURRENT??! I've tried, but there seems to be a rejection of my Credit Card (which is NOT over burdened).

Where do I get help.
