My purchased Muse sounds are missing from my scores

My purchased muse sounds by Orchestral Tools, Spitfire Audio and Cinesamples are not available to use and have been removed from my local scores. How do I reconnect them. Also Muse Hub is not showing the sounds as purchased or downloaded. Thanks for any help.
