Please cancel my subscription

Hello,

Please cancel my subscription and reimburse the fee. I did not sign up for any membership, and was charged $56.99. I only purchased 1 score, on Feb 5th. How do i speak to someone about this? The chatbot is useless...

You certainly did subscribe, they woldn't have just guessed your credit card details.
And because yopu asked for cancellation on the wrong site, you're sentenced to pay another year ;-)
