Voice specific time signatures
How do I set a 6/2 time signature for a single voice while keeping the other voices in 4/2? My example is Tenor 1 in Palestrina Kyrie from L'homme armee.

Use a local time signature.

By 'single voice' I guess you mean singing voice, staff, part or 'instrument', not one of the 4 possible voices within a staff, right?
Should work by using a local time sig, i.e. applying that sime sig to the staff by pressing Ctrl at the same time.
Needs to be done before filling it with notes though

Yes a single singing voice within the staff. The original notation would have shown a single voice singing in "perfect" time i.e. dividing the pulse into 3 while the others carried on in "imperfect" 2. If you use a local time signature then I guess you also have to change the note values.
