Score missing
My setting is glitched so I pressed "Revert to factory settings" and all of my scores are gone even it say this only reset setting and it will not delete any score, Can I still retrieve my score?

It just empies the list of scores in the home screen
Yes, of course. Only the link list to your scores has gone, the scores are still there.
Depending on which operating system you are using, the Musescore files are located in .../Documents/Musescore4/Scores. Simply navigate there using Explorer, Finder or File -> Open and double-click or select the files.
