Switch to 4.5, Alt Gr key doesn't work anymore
Pretty big deal for me since on an Italian keyboard using Alt Gr is the only way to type the # sign. Anyone else have this bug?

Oh, I didn't noticed that!
I also never tried to write the characters [ ] # @ which neet Alt-gr on Italian keyboards... But yes, at least ] and [ are incredibily useful as editorial marks, not being able to write them is a problem.
Where are you entering the # sign - in any text object? Is any other symbol with AltGr working? I don't have an italian keyboard but am able to enter any accented character with AltGr.

The # sign I use all the time - chord symbols, plain text for analysis, for example. No, no character requireing the Alt Gr key is working, it's like it's not recognized just by Musescore.
Working OK for me, although i do use a custom keyboard file, probably different OS etc.
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.0-250721848, revision: 7c55023
