Title: How to Notate These Notes (E, C, G / B, A, D / A, G, F) on the Treble Staff Using Half Notes?

Question:
I need help correctly notating the following groups of notes on the treble staff, using minims (half notes):

  1. E, C, G
  2. B, A, D
  3. A, G, F
I want to make sure they are placed at the correct positions, with the appropriate height differences on the staff. Could someone please provide an accurate notation or guide me on how to do it correctly? A visual reference would be very helpful.

Thank you

Well, first, I'm not sure I should be helping you cheat on your homework. You should know the answer to this from your classwork.

That said, in MuseScore Studio, to enter a half note ("minim"), type "6" or click the half note button on the toolbar.

THEN ...

To type a note of a given pitch name, type that note name: "A", "B", "C", etc.
If the notes are supposed to be sequential (i.e. one after the other), simply type the letter names. However, if they are supposed to be chords and thus played simultaneously, type the first letter name, then type Shift+the subsequent letter name.
