How do I fix this?
Somehow the staves stretched to something undesirable. I tried fixing it using the format option, but I couldn't get it to work. Thoughts?!

i have seen this happen a lot for me in musescore 4 i just save the file and scroll the mouse and that usually puts everything where it should be. for me it is just a graphics glitch.

It did it again, and now it's way off the chart... I don't what is happening or why this is happening... some bug in the software...

Nevermind, I just closed out the file and restarted it...
